Acclon Technologies specializes in the installation and maintenance of vacuum pumps, vacuum equipment, and gloveboxes. Additionally, we build custom solutions for vacuum applications, such as pump systems, vacuum chambers, evaporators, and controls for vacuum systems.

We offer advice and assist in the design process, allowing us to provide a solution tailored to your process and the needs of the end user.

With our experience in materials, degassing, maintenance, pumps, and automation, we can be your partner from design through installation and maintenance.

In addition to supplying new pumps, we offer used pumps, helium leak testing, vacuum sensor checks, and on-site services.

Who are we? Acclon Technologies delivers innovative and advanced solutions in vacuum technology. Whether it’s the purchase of a single vacuum pump or solving a complex high-vacuum issue, we can certainly help! As an independent company, we are always able to provide the best advice. We work in a close-knit and well-oiled team that is always ready to assist each other, based at our office in Heinenoord.

We have a consistent way of working

We have a deep passion for our work, and we are convinced that we know (almost) everything about this specialty. We enjoy providing advice, researching, and testing to determine what works and what doesn’t. Every problem has its own solution. In many processes, we design and deliver custom pump systems, tailored to your process and delivered as turnkey solutions. We perform pump calculations, assess pump capacity, and calculate pipeline losses. The system is connected using our expertise in measurement and control technology. Our technical specialists then install and commission the pump systems on-site.

That’s why we work best when involved early in the design process. Together, we arrive at the right solution. Acclon Technologies aims for maximum reliability and low maintenance costs for your pump systems. We achieve this through maintenance advice, optimized service intervals, and customized maintenance contracts. Once the process is up and running, you can still contact us for advice, maintenance, replacements, spare parts, troubleshooting, or other questions.

For almost any vacuum application, from industrial processes to (Ultra) high-vacuum setups, we can provide well-founded, customized advice, along with a quote for a pump system, control, installation, and maintenance. We are official dealers for Edwards Vacuum, Thyracont, Gardner Denver Ilmvac, and Vigor Gloveboxes.

We provide training

Within our Acclon Academy, we offer two types of training and provide customers with the opportunity to conduct tests. The training courses are practical and theoretical, tailored to the customer’s needs. These can range from basic vacuum technology to a complete high-vacuum training course with an exam. Modules such as helium leak testing and evaporation techniques can be added.

In our application lab, various setups are available to train customers in several vacuum processes, such as helium leak testing and vacuum sensor checks.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

The training is provided by specialists with years of experience in vacuum technology and education.

The application lab is available for training and for conducting tests by or for customers, whether in collaboration with Acclon Technologies or independently.
