Digital controller

Gamma Vacuum’s program includes UHV pumps: Titanium Sublimation, Ion Getter, and Non-Evaporable Getter pumps. The pumps are supplied with digital controllers but are also compatible with other brands.

The new series of UHV pumps are characterized by a combination of ion getter and non-evaporable getter pumps. This combination provides excellent pumping capacity for all gases in UHV vacuum systems.
